Now I'm really gettin' lazy. I have been doing everything right on time and correctly, now supervisor says

people aren't contributing enough and the "higher ups" are putting the heat on. I don't feel like trying anymore.

That is a very discouraging situation. But nevertheless, you have to keep trying, or else you'll give your boss an actual reason to complain against you. It's just something you have to do to get by. I'm sure it won't be this way forever. Keep doing your best!!!

*sounds like your supervisor just wants someone to pick on.have it out with them.tell them to but out and look for another job.one that will make you the money and make you happy at the same time.
