Its not blood that your selling, its plasma.
They seperate the 2 and return the whole blood back to your system.

DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS before giving.

You cannot sell blood (or organs, for that matter), in the United States.

However, I think you can get $ by being a sperm (or egg) donor.
