With Philip Hughes already up with the Yankees, I think the best prospect still in the minors is Homer Bailey of the Reds. He's got a mid-90s fastball, and a curveball with 11-to-5 break on it.
Bailey won't put up big numbers in that tiny park, but he'll nonetheless improve the Reds' rotation over the next couple of seasons. He could be a great one.
