I'm 17, but I don't have an interest in boys my age. I prefer men. Like age 25 and up, (although I have never dated them) but I admire them more because they already have "life" figured out and have matured. Is this weird? I don't know anyone else like this.

Its not weird at all. You just might be more mature then other women your age. Just be who u are and dont let anyone tell u any different. Plus your right older men generally do know what they want out of life .

That's not unusual because girls mature earlier than guys, but as someone else said, 25 year old guys have a way of taking advantage of 16-17 year old girls, you should wait until your 18 before you go out with someone so much older, or at least your parents should know you are dating someone college age if you do......

For me its totally normal. This is because you would feel secure with them... They have more experience and are more mature yes... and also because of the insecurity in you...
Its not weird believe me... but you should be careful though, not all are " perfect"... there might be some immature men at this age as well...

25 isn't that much older but once they start getting over 10 years older then you're probably trying to fulfill a void caused by an emotionally unvailable father-figure.

no itd perfectly normal. i've always prefered older guys, when i was 17 my ex boyfriend was 24, now i'm 22, my current boyfriend is 37. nothing wrong with that.
