How much would delivery & hospital costs in Northern VA?

I know that their will be separate bills for my doctor, anasthesiologist, etc. I'd just like to get an estimation in my head so I'll know what to expect when I get the bill, especially considering I do have a insurance but it's private and I have to pay half.
