Why they call it Polls and Surveys! For years now that's been a area the place you ask something and should not anticipate a pragmatic answer. for that reason, i think of, that's the main standard area in Y/A. something of the area is a ghost city!

At work I'm trained to ask open ended questions. So instead of saying "do you like action movies?", I'd ask what kind of movies do you like...something to that effect.
