You really don't wanna go there, do you?
Just trust me men are pigs - you don't want to understand us, and you sure as heck don't want to read our minds.
It's non stop testosterone driven madness, that we all learn to either control or live with.
Example - everything from sandwiches to rubics cubes eventually leads to thinking about sex.
Or violence.
Thank god for women otherwise we'd all be dead.

A better question would be if you could hear my thoughts should I care what you think?
But since you didn't ask that question I'll share what I'm thinking as I sit here at the university library looking around the computer lab....
On my right is a thin and tanned brunette in a red shirt that says class of 2010 and a pair of denim shorts. I'm thinking, "she's hot and cute and I'd love to find out just how good in bed she is"
On my left is a chubby little Hispanic girl (they're both around 19-20). She's wearing a white t-shirt and pin-striped black slacks. I'm thinking, "I'd love to slide those off of her".
Behind me to the left is a chunky girl in a yellow and white striped polo shirt and a pair of tight slightly faded Levis. Guess what I'm thinking about her...
You asked.

I think you'd get bored much of the time. Time to get up, Whats to eat? Clean litter box, feed cats, sweep floor, etc,
Randomly- I daydream about telling people in the past info they could have used like how not to spread diseases, what the future would be like for slaves, what would I say to an alien, what if I was in a cell next to Osama bin Laden, or overheard a government secret while touring the White House and was hounded by agents and the press, what I would tell my parents if they were still around- then I finish the dishes or whatever mundane thing I was doing while daydreaming.

You would not be offended unless you were closed or narrow minded and I can tell you are not because you do not automatically follow the party line and think or answer or act based on some bias or predisposition...
As for random thoughts I often write them down. Here are some.
Most think but do not conscientiously feel.
Most speak of or seek love while lacking empathy.
Most hear , but do not heed.
Most think, but do not fully consider.
Most see, then look away.
Most volunteer their opinion but rarely show up.
Most compare but do not balance.
Most commit then deny.
Most preach, but few practice.
Most point relentlessly, but rarely at ourselves.
Most chose one direction while disturbing the overall orientation of life and living in harmony with and within that which surrounds.

Right now I'm actually wondering whether or not I'm going to get hired as a waitress...my current job doesn't pay enough. So I'm going to go apply tomorrow at a restaraunt, I REALLY need the money. If I don't get at least 600 dollars by August, I'm not going to be able to go back to college this semester...
I'm pretty determined. Plus I have my family backing me up : ) Sadly though I don't control the minds of the people hiring...

My mind is very complex, You would be astounded. I find myself surprised sometimes. It is also hard to control; unwanted thoughts and thoughts of songs that get stuck in my head, I think about some songs over and over. I also analyze things, then I analyze that thought. Then there is fear! Sometimes I get to thinking about thing that scare me.
I wonder, I hope this does not sound cruel. But do mentally retarded people have to go through the suffering the mind can sometimes bring?

I have been reading a book called the Secret by Rhonda Byrne, and Thoughts are a powerful thing.
There is a saying "As a man thinks in his heart so is He." Another saying is: "I think, therefore I am."
So I try to think positively so to attract positive things to me. I try to stay away from negative thought patterns and people, except sometime in my work. I also try to teach those around me to be more positive, with a cheery disposition.

This is a very good question as it triggered me an old question: "Do I like my thoughts?"
Sometimes I find myself disgusted by my thoughts. I suppose we all have our dark thoughts... for example I sometimes try to imagine how would it be like if someone close to me would die and I surprise myself by the pleasure of the pain their death would cause me. But then I slowly start picturing this as real and I get real scared about it.

Hmm...I'm kinda angry and you might not like the stuff I say about things.
O_o random. I think about things as I answer questions here, so if they talk about Paris Hilton, I'm going to think about some past memories. Good ones too, like in the 6th grade =]
