Have you ever seen a picture of Pamela Sue Anderson with "normal" eyebrows? She looks very pretty. I don't know why she decided on the pencil-thin brow look, either. I agree that it's not very attractive.

That's a great question! I've never understood it either! I do not pluck my eyebrows at all. I keep them groomed and don't let the uni-brow thing grow, but I don't yank them all out only to try and draw them back on.
It looks hilarious to me when women do that!
