My honest opinion? A little bit of BOTH. Open enough to be truthful and honest. Mysterious enough to whisk me off someplace without me even knowing he planned to...I'll have a little bit of both, please. :)

I would prefer him to be open. I like to be honest, open, and able to talk about anything. So being that way, I would prefer someone like that, too. Being a little mysterious scares me a little because I have no idea what he's up to.

I think I would be more attracted to the man who is open rather than mysterious. Mysterious brings other problems. I.e. Trust issues and so on. I would not want him to be so open with me that he is crude in front of me but open to feelings interests past experiences and so on.

When I married my husband, at 21, I wanted a mysterious guy who was adventurous and exciting. Now after I had been married for 9 years and he divorced me 1 year ago because he had an affair and got the lady pregnant, I want a guy who is open. I think it depends on the girls personal experience.

Well if I want him for just sex I don't care if he's open or mysterious but if I want a real and lasting relationship, he's going to have to be completely open with me.

open..I want to know what he is about, no hidden agendas..a man who speaks honestly and open about his sexual preferences, is a turn on...the mysterious type gives me the feeling that he would like to do different things than he is telling me..makes me think of wearing women`s lingerie, being bi-sexual etc...a turn off..at least to me :-)

Open - it's better.
If their mysterious - it makes you suspicous.
Not good for the realtionship.
