OK.....this might be a new experience for you so please try to pay attention.
1) Before you post a question you need to understand the facts. The six terrorists are in federal custody. As such, Bush has nothing to do with the bail. I presume you may have thought they were being held as enemy combatants and held without habeus corpus rules in effect. This is worng.
2) Six nationals of the former Yugoslavia were arrested on charges they plotted to attack the Fort Dix Army base and "kill as many soldiers as possible," federal authorities said Tuesday.
The six were scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Camden.
They will be able to petition for bail, and probably will not get this. They are not being tortured in this venue.
3) Your semi-clever spelling of liberals is duly noted. Liberals, I am one, woul never support defending these idiots. Please remember that liberals do not usually support people walking around plotting to kill people with guns. In fact, we often try to curtail the availability of automatic capable combat or assault weapons...period.

No, as long as the President actually follows our laws this time, then nobody has anything to complain about. If he would have figured that out six years ago, he would have had a much easier presidency, and there would probably still be a Republican Legislative Branch.
