I just like to know that there are people out there that care enough about others instead of just themselves all the time. It's encouraging and makes the world seem like a better place.
Right now my mom is going thru a divorce and I've made her my #1 priority, even if it means getting up in the middle of the night to drive over to the house to comfort her.

my mother had compartmenal syndrome, where a section of the legs gets sealed off from the rest of the body and starts swelling, that usually ends up in amputation. it is so excruciatingly painful that the air hurts it... well, this thing started in october and lasted until march and she was in bed the entire time. went to the hospital, then home. i took sole care for her. didn't participate in any holiday times or new year's. i fed her, gave her medicines, did all errands, arranged payments, took phone logs, got the mail, upkept her house, helped her mobilize, played games, kept her up to date on news, stood in line for her harry potter book, took care of her animals, i changed my entire orbit around her. no family came to visit her, and nobody came to help, i took it all on. i was there for everything she needed, and wanted. had the holidays right there on the bed with her. it was all about her recovery.

True story I was at the post office a month ago or so. Anyway there was this gray truck, backing down the drive of the Post Office and this woman on the drivers side of the truck trying to catch the truck As I looked I noticed no one was in the drivers seat, but a baby in a car seat was belted in the middle, before I knew it, i had jumped from my car to the truck drivers side, hopped in and stoped the truck.

I won $100 dollars in a card game and I gave it to the homeless shelter in town, cause they were going thru' some tough times, keeping up with the needy this past winter.
Not much really .....in the broad spectrum of life.

When I divorced my x- husband I gave Up Everything 2 him.....
Quit a Greaat Paying Job!!!
Gave Up A career That I worked Hard to build....
All in an attempt to help my now current boyfriend live HIS DREAM of having OUR OWN Business!!!!!
Now, We just opened and WE WORK ALL DAY EVERYDAY... EVEN WEEKENDS....... And Worry ALOT MORE ABOUT BILLS....
But I love him and I know we CAN do this..... If we stick together and help each other.....

I made a film for my friend with real actors to show how he was hurting his family, so that he would understand what he was doing wrong. This film became a small success and has helped other people change as well.

I am still doing it. I homeschool 4 kids, work fulltime, and volunteer for every club and group my kids belong to. When my kids are grown it will be my turn.
