I would have to be either Click or 50 First Dates. I liked Big Daddy too but it didn't have as good of a mixes of comedy and drama as those did.

I love all of them, they are all hilarious, but all around favorite would have to be 50 first dates. I know Bob Barker isn't in that one, and you don't see an old lady talking about peeing the pants, but it was still awesome! :)
