White Spot can be caused by any one of several parasites and treatment options depend on the cause and your tank as well as all of the inhabitants. I would refer you to the follow link for more information and a host of treatment options for you to choose from based on your specific needs.

I'll add to the resources on this one. See this link for photos and descriptions for marine fish diseases: http://home2.pacific.net.ph/~sweetyummy42/disease.html Apart from the copper treatment, have you tried using a freshwater dip for your fish? It will cause the fish some extra stress, but parasites are less tolerant of the salinity change and many should drop off. Also, be sure that what you're treating is marine ich and not marine velvet or Brooklynella, which also start as white dots, but are smaller in size - and Brooklynella can cause an appearance of cloudy eyes.

If you click on any of the disease/condition names in red, it will open a link with more details on similar conditions and treatments. If the condition you're dealing with is marine ich, you also seem to have a case of cloudy eye.

Add a small amount of table salt to the water not to much, it worked on mine, It is always wise to have a small quarantine tank one that float inside the other but keeps the fish totally isolated for a period of time, adding strange fish can lead to exactly the problem you are now finding, good luck

how long has the tank been set up before you added fish, many new tanks have problems,i would find an a aquatic centre near to you in the UK and take your fish in,i have a marine tank and had white spot recently and i took my fish into the shop and they sorted out the medication i needed,i don't know your size of tank and i don't keep the fish you keep so i would hate to give you the wrong information about the treatments ,
