Some other country would be the super power, and they would police the world much like we do, but in their own way. Before us it was Britain. After us it might be China.

Your question makes no sense. did you mean what would the world be like if the U.S. didn't exist or wasn't a super power? That's easy half the world would be dead or slaves of Naziism or Japaneese Imperialism by now. And they would be fighting the Islamo Fascists. You would be living in a mud hut with no electricity eating rat stew cooked over a camel dung fire, and happy that you got your one meal for the day.

Different. One of the major differences would be that Europe would probably now be called Greater Germany. Not because of WW-Two, but because the Germans would probably have won WW-One. The Yanks came in to WW-One somewhere around 1917 and finished the business off. I know, because my grandfather told me. He was there and saw it all with his own eyes.

As much as people hate us, despise us and think we are arrogant. The World would not be a better place, without
us. We might be misunderstood, but without the American
Military, things might not be so pleasant in Europe.

If USA stops from being the Super-power...wealthy and very active industrial & one of the main food producing nations ....Two things for sure will hapen...All illegal Alliens will be dying from hunger in Mexico, because will not make any sense to them to come and immigrate in USA, plus will not have the means to cross USA and end up in Canada or UK. and 2nd...We will see More Dictators in the 2nd World Countries....and over all will be a lot less food donations to feed these ungreatfull populations...so in big part of these populations will parish - from hunger like it is hapening to day in AFRICA, because simply their Dictators does n't allow us to feed them.

They are a super power with allies. If they were not there the super power would be Europe. As we all get on there really would be no difference.

There will be a enormous power vacuum that, given human nature, will be filled. By China, Muslim extremists or whomever, impossible to say at this juncture.

Don't talk stupid..... Britain was the worlds major superpower and we maintained control with fairness.( and a little muscle) ...the US is a joke. Whats happened to all UK colonies once they have "independance"??? they want back in!!!!!!!!!!!!
