Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
Yes she should go to jail. Her idiotic defense that she didn't know that she was violating her probation is absurd. The other point that many over look is that she already got her break by not having to go to jail to begin with.
There is a reason lady justice is blindfolded...

Yes. Anyone else who did what she did would have. It is a shame her parents didn't raise properly. When that happens and someone steps too far out of line the judicial system takes over. Hopefully, her sojourn in jail will be to her benefit as a person and help to mature her. She is so cocooned in money and PR stuff that I don't think this poor young lady has any idea what life is about. So, yes, I think she should go for her own good--and I hope it will help her get control of her self and begin to do something worthwhile with all the benefits life has handed her.

Heck yea she should get jail time. It's about time she for her to shape up and act like a responsible role model for younger women. Her "jail time" won't even be real jail time because her jail cell is separate from all the other inmates plus she doesn't even have to be in jail for the full 45 days. I heard that she only has to be in jail during the evenings.

Every bit that the law will allow. The judge should use his discretionary powers and sentence her to the maximum allowed by law for both the offense that placed her on probation and revoked her license and the charge that she is currently facing. Hopefully somewhere in the 90 day plus catagory. She continually flaunts her celebrity to excuse her bad or illegal behavior.

Just because you might be famous you shouldnt break the law. Shes 26 thats a long time for her to learn the rules of driving.
I mean come on, She broke 3 laws and 2 of them she got away with. Its time she learns.

I like Paris too, but I do think she should go to jail. DUI can kill other people! If they let her off, what are they saying to the public? Just because she's rich, beautiful and popular doesn't mean she doesn't deserve the punishment.

She broke the law. Plain and simple. She was stupid enough to drive, she's stupid enough to go to jail.
Its not like OJ, when they actually had to investigate and have a trail. She really did break the law, proved, over, done, time to go to jail.
I also heard that she gets to have conjugal visits with like 20 guys at once.....slut

Yes. Absolutely! She did the crime, she should serve the time. There's no reason WHATSOEVER why she should be pardoned. None of the rest of us would be.
She's not special. She's young and self-centered and stupid, and she doesn't live in the "real world".....maybe this jail time will mature her.

Of course. Even Donald Trump would get busted if he went against the law. If they allow her to slide because she is rich or famous, then what next? Letting her get away with theft or murder? Everyone is responsible for dumb mistakes (even if they do the same one over and over again) even celebs.

Absolutely...because the only reason anyone is thinking she should not get jail time is she is famous-sorry INFAMOUS. Her driver's liscence was suspended for a DUI so the innocent play is a bit overdone.
