well (chelsea), you and your best freind can still always keep in touch, never lose a freindship. AIM, phone, you name it. The hardest thing about going to a new school is fitting in, don't change yourself to make new freinds, simply be yourself. Even though it doesn't seem like it, there are still good people left in this world that will kindly befriend you. Be socially active, join clubs, sports, ect. It's a great way to make new freinds. Don't be shy, talk to people, meet new people. Believe me you won't be as scared after a few days. As for you and your sister, i think you girls have to just find that sister bond and stick together, because you know even if you fight you still love eachother. Good Luck with the move, hope it all works out =)

aww dont worry its only two hours away, you can always call ur friend n email, n maybe sometimes visit. dont worry if its a big school you can definetly make friends quick, for real just be yourself and talk to a lot of people, talking to people is a good thing because then people would see that you want friends. just relax, and just b happy that youre only moving somewhere two hours away, i had to move all the way across the world and into a country where i didnt know ANYONE..it was hard at first, but looking back it was a really good experience..also you can hang out with your sister if shes young enough, ask her to show you around.....hope i helped

Hey , when I was a your age I moved alot , started a new school every 6 mo to a year. In 7th grade my Best friend moved 10 hrs away. I don`t get to see her very much but its been 28 yrs and we remain BF. Its not easy but you will make new friends, It just takes time.A bigger school just means more people to become friends with. It will be scary but that won`t last forever..Good luck

take it easy.i had the same problem too.i used to fight with my bro alot.
dont answer whatever she says.talk in a low voice and try to make the problem clear.make her understand your situation and tell her you need your space and privacy.you both should respect each other and in a way take care of each other too,
u will make friends easily as you have said and i can tell you ,you will have fun with them as much as you did with your old freinds.
dont rush and time is the best remedy for everything.
give yourself sometimes to figure out things.within no time you will be on track again.
there is no difference between a big or a small school.
only the number of students are bigger.
good luck
