The fact that biological evolution has been observed in the wild, in captive populations of animals and under laboratory conditions go a long way towards proving that evolution is a myth. The appearance of antibiotic resistant bacteria and pesticide resistant insects also indicate that evolution is a myth.
The fact that two people independently came up with substantially the same theory to explain the mythical observation of evolution in the 1850s shows that the myth was quite strong then. The fact that most if not all biology, geology and umpteen other forms of study produce facts which are consistent with or directly support this theory shows that the myth is still powerful.
Contrast this with the "supposed" fact of creation as expounded in Genesis etc where no evidence exterior to the Scriptures can be found to support the supposition. It must therefore be correct.

There are no major points that go against evolution, unless you consider a book like the Bible. The Bible does not describe how God created everything, though, and evolution does attempt to describe it's process, so evolution is standing on more firm ground. At the same time, it's difficult to prove. Many of us get a rudimentary introduction to evolution in school, but it barely scratches the surface of what evolution entails. Evolution is a more complicated topic than most people are capable of understanding.

There is a vast and consistent amount of evidence that points to evolution, including common descent, changes over time, and adaptation influenced by natural selection. It would be ignorant to refer to evolution as a myth. A word of caution; it's important to separate beliefs from evidence. I encourage you to learn more about evolution, the link below is a good start.

We have this wonderful thing called the world wide web. You can find websites that do their best to debunk evolution. You can also find websites that "prove" Elvis is still alive, that the Holocaust never happened, that aliens are abducting our cows or that Jesus was an avatar of Shiva.
So what I'm saying is that you can engage in the hypocritical process of self deception, based on self admitted biases, or there is an alternative: seek the truth.
For seeking the truth about something, I recommend you search for the scientific consensus on a subject. The most respected scientific organizations in our country are the National Academy of Sciences and the American Assn. for the Advancement of Science. You will find that these organizations consider evolution to be the accepted theoretical paradigm for modern biology.

I really don't think that evolution is myth at all. There's proof in the process of natural selection and fossil evidence. The only thing against evolution is religion, which has no solid proof that evolution is wrong.

Challenge a foundation Principle of Evolution such as Survival of the Fittest.
If you had two populations of an animal that were slightly different and the less fit population was the one which flourished while the population with greater fitness perished, then that would challenge one of the foundation principles of evolution. You would need to run the experiment many times to prove that this was not an aberration in your data but the divine will of God. Then you would need to publish your findings in a reputable peer reviewed research Journal such as Science.

Well there aren't any. Given that such a thing as heritable fitness exists (children inherit characteristics from their parents, and some of these characteristics give them a survival or reproductive advantage), and given that not all copies are perfect, evolution is logically inevitable.

If I HAD to choose an alternative explanation the concept of dna fiddling from some ancient space hopping aliens would be my possible course of enquiry. I say this because even the bible mentions firey chariots in the sky, and the star of bethlehem sounds like a wicked description of a huge UFO to me. Plus Mary either lied and said she was a virgin when she wasnt or there was some kind of test tube insemination thing going on. These days we know its possible to clone humans from dna samples, why cant Eve have been cloned from one of Adams ribs? makes more sense to me than a fanciful notion that makes no sense at all.
And why cant the UFOs commanders name have been God?
Its as good a name as any. Plus monkeys share 98% dna with humans, what caused only us to break out into a new species and left them unchanged?? Also there are ancient skulls in the gold museum in Peru and they are of gigantic proportions compared to humans, Id' theorise that they are possibly the giants mentioned in the bible or possible results of the aliens fiddling with dna. Hell maybe in our future we will send out some space explorers of our own, just like the starship enterprise ....and living in space over time their eyes will adapt and get larger? Theyll have no other option but to clone themselves whjile theyre out there........ and having no sunlight to rely on, their skin will probably turn grey, and what if they were to find their way back here....... they might want to restock their dna stores by inseminating present day females? woooo.....freaky maaaaan whats that bright light out there?.....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargggggh

When pursuing investigative research one does not start with a conclusion, as you are doing. Gather the facts and piece them together as they really fit. You may not reach a conclusion, but you will at least generate a supportable hypothesis. What you are attempting to do is to scientifically justify that which you have accepted on blind faith, and it serves no constructive purpose.

Sorry. Science is accepted world wide as fact - that includes the majority of Christians as well!!!
A few fundamentalists, extremists and zealots try and say it is a myth and in that they are sadly without any foundation other than their faith.
Worse though is that it turns Christianity from a faith to an ideology. (You probably do not know the difference so please look it up).
Those that have weak or little faith continue to look for evidence or to rubbish science. In so doing they are causing real harm to Christianity and hindering the good Christians who try to spread the real message of a loving, caring, forgiving God!!
