I find the busyest time is 5-9 PM PST. But I also like to do Yahoo Q and A late at night and off hours, so I can get best answer (less compitition.
So it sorta depends on if you want to answers questions or ask questions

Anytime is fine Miss Acid Queen. Your pores look a little swollen perhaps some saliva will unclog them. A sense of humor can go a long way around here. Maybe a little global warming will steam up Miss Acid Rain?
