The Republicans may or may not understand the gravity of what is happening as a result of Bush policy, but more importantly they do not care.

The fact that the Administration is in the process of attempting to morph every facet the United States government into a self-serving entity is of no consequence to them. Since they suffer no consequences and also read the kinds of unquestioning juvenile postings that are generated here, they are emboldened and must be saying to to themselves "We can get away with anything".

That's why the Bush administration values loyalty without question or conscience, over what is truly in the best interest of the American people.

That's why it is so easy for the Republican elite to sacrifice the children of the middle class in an ill-conceived war..it's not their little spoiled darlings.

John Dean has it right:

The real question is: Can Republicans even spell conscience?

Is this just an advertisement for the book? You have made accusations with no specifics or facts. It makes it really hard to explain to you why you are wrong.

Sacrificing the children of the middle class in an ill-conceived war? There are soldiers from all classes that are participating in the war. The war was not a Republican idea. It was voted nearly unanimous by both houses of Congress. Many of the same Congressmen that are now condemning the war and the President are the ones that voted on it. And despite the accusations that Bush lied, those Congressman all had the same information that Bush had to make that decision.

Well good to know that you went to that trusted scholar John Dean (Who the DEMOCRATS forced out of the last election), to use a source. Though that in and of itself, makes any discussion here pointless (Did I mantion the DEMOCRATS think he is a loon?). But I'll play for a bit.
If this is the line of you reasoning, I'm sure you equally researched WW 1, WW 2, Korea, Viet Nam. All wars enetered into and escalated by Democrat Presidents. Only to have Republicans pull the troops out. Did you know that that the Demographics of the Military actually show a far more educated group than in any other war or "Police Action" as Johnson and Kennedy liked to call Viet Nam, in history in Iraq. Oh, thats right Kennedy only sent advisors, THE CIA!!!
So when you blindly quote some Wacko, John Dean (Did I say that the DEMOCRATS stay away from him now?) and call all Republicans, evil and without concious, perhaps study what you are talking about first.
By the way, do you share that same "Lack of Concious" argument for Clinton, making speeches and warning us, then having Osama Bend Over and letting him go??? Gutting the Military and the CIA? Just think, if he grabs Osama, after he warns us that he is a dangerous terrorist, instead of letting him go, then we have no 9/11. But then, that would leave you no one to spew your hate out to.
Ah, but then again, Dean probably voted for it , before he voted against it...

It's interesting you picked on Republicans. I listen to Democrats, and the things they are saying and supporting, they ARE dragging this country down. Republicans have made some mistakes, but for the most part this administration has done a good job. The Democrats with the little lapdog media has managed to blame this president for everything. He's blamed for natural disasters!

John Dean is a convicted felon. He's also a convicted liar. If someone is a liar, should your conscience tell you maybe, just maybe, they're still lying? Would you knowingly spend time reading a liar's book?

okay, Bush hasnt made some of the best decissions in history, but by God in heaven, hes better than those pinko commie, tree hugging, baby killing, back stabbing, the sky is falling, liberals would have done. the democrats have control of congress and what have they done so far, absolutely nothing. what are they going to do, absolutely nothing. what does all of this mean? both sides are sorry and crocked. its time for a new government, thats right, overthrow the current one with an election *thought you had a nut huh?* and start over. demand congressional term limits. there should be no career polititians. do away with political parties and just vote for the man, or if the right one comes along, the right woman. but heaven forbid that hillary, the wicked with from the north east, clinton gets elected.

i ought to infrequently call any of the governors suggested in the object influential. a minimum of from a Republican get jointly aspect of view. As for his or her motives? properly it really is person-pleasant. each and each and every is dealing with budget shortfalls and can't wait to get their fingers on the help to states protected in the Obama plan. economic duty has been eliminated for most in politics and particularly than personal their states mess united statesthey're seeking to pass on the dole. This has little to do with experience of acceptable and incorrect it really is about saving their very personal butts for the subsequent election if accessible. a number of of the states indexed are more effective liberal than conservative so it isn't wonderful even as their governors act in a more effective liberal way, it really is exactly why they don't look influential in the Republican get jointly.

You are delusional.

Why are so many liberals in love with spouting conspiracy theories.

Look, Bush will be GONE in January 2009.

The Republican Congress was kicked out in November's election.

Why can't you let it go? You lose some elections, you will win some elections.

Many Democrats voted for this war. Even Joe Lieberman who ran against Bush in 2000.

Stop buying into propaganda and look at reality.

Republicans could not let the deaths of millions of Iraqi citizens be on their consciences if a withdrawal happens too soon, just like Cambodia.
