when the creators of Y!A created the polls and surveys section do you they expected a bunch of idiots (no offence) to be using it to ask pointless questions??

Maybe they created it as a joke...just to see how many people actually use it.

Despite some of the nasty, weird, and nonsensical answers...I've actually enjoyed reading peoples answers, & learned a thing or two.
And I hope I've provided some good answers, and a laugh or two.

this category was created to serve as an entertainment purpose..still today many do not take this section too seriously..but in my mind, since it is still here, it is a vital part of answers..if we didnt have this section..i'd cry..im a guy..and guys dont cry over petty stuff..P&S category is the only one i answer..more than any other category
