For a 34 year old man, what disease might have symptoms of sudden dizziness, fainting, and profuse sweating from time to time?
Particularly bacterial/viral, as this occurred out of the blue.
Is this the male version of hot flashes? Because I've read that those result from prostate cancer surgery, which isn't an issue.

There are a few things you can do to help with your vertigo.... The first thing you need to know is that Vertigo is a Symptom not a disease and that there is an underlying issue that need s to be resolved and that will alleviate your vertigo.

With that being said there are several things you can do to help such as medications like antivert which is a prescription, but Dramamine will also work and that is over the counter for motion sickness.

Drink plenty of water and maintain head positions that will not make your vertigo worse.
vertigo is caused by an in-balance of the crystals in your inner ear here is a link to a simple exercise that you can try at home : https://webmd.im/Cure-Vertigo

Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea means excessive sweating; sweating too much
The most active regions of perspiration include the hands, feet, armpits and the groin area because of a relatively high concentration of sweat glands in those areas.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to overactive sweat glands that affect certain areas of the body, such as the hands, feet, face or underarms.
This form of hyperhidrosis can't be prevented and isn't contagious because it was probably inherited (although the condition may skip a generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total body
sweating prompted by secondary medical conditions or medications.

Go to the doctor now. High blood pressure a small heart attack or both. I could be wrong but I would put a $20 that you do have high blood pressure. The sooner you can see a doctor the better. Your life is not something to neglect. Good luck.

Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) can cause the symptoms you've described. Go to your MD and get a physical and request an HbA1c lab test.

I get that. It's called vertigo. Check with your doctor. Vertigo can sometimes be caused by an ear infection. They gave me this medication called "meclizine" it works well. You take it when you feel it coming and it goes away in like 30 minutes. the only bad part is that it gets you really drowsy.

You may be having a heart attack... those symptoms sound like they could be serious at your age. I would consider that urgent and get to the hospital immediately.
