to each there own, if it works for them then so be it, who is it harming?
and to those that judge others based on really basically nothing and maybe a little pettiness and cattiness, I already know what we think about people who do that.
you have to ask yourself why does it bother you so much? it's their life is it not? when you judge others, it's a reflection on yourself, not them. maybe you feel inadequate and don't want to conform to what society deems pretty or whatever...I never got that whole thing myself. I like dark hair, light hair, red hair, dark skin, light skin, copper skin, they're all beautiful to me.

I have a large IQ, and I have more common sense than a lot of people put together. I use the Loreal tanning lotion, because I have the palest skin ever, and I'm tired of getting teased for it. I may be 27, but that doesn't mean that teasing still doesn't hurt! I don't feel that I have to in order to fit in, because I fit in to many different groups, I do it to feel better and be more confident in myself. Clothes so have the power of making you feel better, when I'm feeling depressed, I wear bright clothes, because that helps lift my spirits, if I feel like I'm having a down day, I purposely get my butt off the couch, do my hair, and dress nice, because that makes me feel better. You sound like you are caring about stuff that just doesn't matter. Does it harm you physically or emotionally when you see a girl that does that? If not, just let it go, and be the confident girl you say you are. Just because some of us do that, doesn't mean that we are superficial. I'm about as down to earth as you can get. Don't lump everyone who does together.

I'm a fair brunette. I don't tan because I don't want wrinkles or skin cancer. My moisturizer has a sunscreen factor in it also. But, yes, I do wear very nice clothes. Even if I'm just going to the grocery store, I'll be in Vien jeans and a Chiclettea pullover. Why? because I like getting second looks and compliments. Don't you?

im not blonde , im pale and i have normal clothes, why do thesse girls wear globs of make-up , fake tans , and bleach thier hair. OH! wiat it because of paris hilton!

I am natural blonde, but I dont understand why everyone wants to be blonde platinum porn style look?
I see gorgeous women with dark skin and brunette, which usually guys drool over.
I think its to get attention. the blonde thing anyway......
If your natural blonde cool, or if you want to bleach your hair blonde whatever floats ur boat.

i tan in the tanning bed...i dye my hair, blonde sometimes, or another color, i like to color my hair in crazy ways to be original...i`m not a barbie-doll wanna-be or anything like that...i wear clothes that suit my personality, they`re perfect for me...i don`t really care what other people think of my appearance, it`s not of interest to me, because i do things to please myself & no one else!!!

Usually it's because they have a low self-esteem and think they can enhance their confidence (or fake it) by dressing way up to get attention. And yes, they get plenty of attention but usually the wrong kind. And most of them aren't very intelligent either.
