Hi everyone, I know it sounds like a damn stupid question but the guests on the Jerry Springer Show just seem to have such outrageous behaviour that I cannot believe it to be true.

All the women seem to take their tops off! All the men are psycos!!!

Please answer because it's really confusing me...

You should watch the "Springer Hustle" on MTV....Actually the show is quite real although some of there stories are blown out of proportion...Also, the producers and the aids ask them to get crazy and fight....They fly them in and have them discuss what the storyline is going to be about then they have them got out and get drinks and party with the person that's causing the issues and then when it's time for the show the tell the other person what happened....

They gas those peoples heads up and have them go at each other....It's real and fake all at the same time....

Truth is stranger than fiction.

All those shows pay people to be on them. Judge Joe Brown and Ricki Lake back in the day; I know for a fact they pay people because I know people that have been on them. They probably all pump up the guests as well. But the stories are real. Watch The Springer Hustle on VH1.

Watch the Springer Hustle on VH1 to see how the producers there tell the guests how to act and how to make the show better

for the most part, the stories are real but the participants are prodded by the producers to act stupid, get nasty and violent and cuss. i just watched something about this yesterday on tv. kind of makes you wonder how much the people on stage are getting paid to look like fools.

The people are coached on how to act. There is probably some truth to the stories.

Nah, it's all false. My sister's husband, before she met him was on the show and he told her that they paid him to be on the show. And showed her the tape to prove it. So don't even waste your time watching.
