How do i find my local email provider?

such as the one issued by ISP (Internet Service Provider).
One that is not hotmail, yahoo etc. but one that is local to my computer/IP.

The local email provider is your ISP. Call their customer service for details.

Is it shown in your "Internet Options" or in your Outlook "Tools --> Email Accounts"?

Ask your ISP or go into their homesite and login.
