I am hearing different opinions as to whether I need to wear nylons when I go to my cousin's wedding. My legs are very white right now but I'm going to get a light-colored spray tan a couple of days before the wedding so I will have a little color. Is it okay to go without nylons? I thought nylons were "so last year" LOL

I think it depends on how "formal" the wedding is. If it is a garden type wedding in the sun it makes sense. If it is more formal than that you should either use the spray or wear hose if you legs are "very white" as you say
If you use the spray test it out a few weeks in advance. Some can give a bad yellow look which would look horrible.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, HOW SHORT IS YOUR DRESS. A WEDDING IS NOT A FASHION SHOW AND THIS DAY IS NOT ABOUT HOW SHORT YOUR DRESS IS, HOW TAN YOUR LEGS ARE, BUT ABOUT THE BRIDE AND THE GROOM. YOU NEVER, EVER WANT TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE BRIDE...
WITH THAT BEING SAID...IN MY OPINION, NYLONS ARE NOT NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE TAN OR SOME KIND OF COLOR, NATURAL OR NOT. I WOULD MAKE SURE YOUR LEGS ARE MOISTURIZED. DEPENDING ON YOUR WEIGHT, A GOOD PAIR OF NYLONS WILL ACTUALLY GIVE YOU A MORE FINISHED SMOOTHER LOOK UNDER YOUR DRESS...SO THERE IS ALWAYS THAT OPTION...

The spray tan should take care of it. You will look like it's hose but it won't be and you can wear open toe shoes with no stocking showing. Good idea.

Black. Maybe try a subtle patterned tight and a colored shoe with it. When it comes to tights, it is best to look bold/intentional in color or wear none at all. Nude tights are not the "in" thing at the moment.

I would say no ,if you have cute shoes and nice legs.Nylons work to cover flaws and not so pretty feet.But its your cousin,so how comfortable do you feel around your family? If its good,go the way you feel best.

if you have the legs to show it flaunt it! nylons is a bit itchy and bothersome when it gets ripped..;)

if its warm no, no, no! wear nice strappy sandles so classy! and treat yourself to a great pedicure, will look very hot!
