Wasnt sure about them in the shop, but the assistant assured me they were great............1 week later I pick them up and ask all my friends what do you think??????? Horrible, to big for your face. No-one likes them. What should I do?

EBAY. I bought someones prada rejects on ebay for less than half the price and got the lenses changed. You should sell yours and try to find some for yourself. Your going to lose some money though.:(

Having said that, if you like them and you feel as though they suit you..... Wear em proudly!!!

Ah what a shame :o( Go back to the shop. They are not obliged to give you a refund as they are not faulty. But they may show some flexibility to assure your future business.

if they have been tailor made for you..and you gave the go ahead for the shop to make them..they wont do anything...or at least they dont have to.

go back & explain the situation..they will want you to use them in the future..so they would change the frames..but you will have to pay for that...and to be fair, you cant expect them to do it for nothing...it wasnt their fault at the end of the day.

I'm not sure you will get a refund as there is nothing wrong with them. Peoples opinions differ so I don't think you will have any redress. You could try appealing to their better nature.

you can return glasses and get different frames where I live
