Hi,when I do the scan it hangs at c:\windows\NT Service Uninstall$\qjv9j75z.zip .I have left it there for hrs and does not go any further than that part.I have uninstalled ad-aware and reinstalled it but no change at all still won't scan pass that part.I have ran AVG scan came out clean did SpyBot found some cookies which I deleated.Please someone help me,or is there another free program that will scan for ad-ware,Thank You.

There are several really good scans out there. Here's a snippet of an article that lists some different ones to try:

Some of them are great tools and others leave something to be desired. All in all though, these programs will clean some if not all of the spyware, malware and adware from your computer.

Lavasoft Ad-Adware Se is good, and likewise I have problem with them at times when it comes to updates that just stop and will not complete from their server.
Here is an excellent free program that I use from Austria. Will protect you from, worms, keyloggers, trojans, spyware, rogue dialers, keyloggers, malware, trace spyware and rogue cookies.
You will have to update on a manual basis for the free version.

Another one is Superantispyare. This program is well known to find spyware missed by all others. Download their free version. You do get auto updates with the free version.
