I am going to buy some dress shirts at Hollister and Ambercrombie and Finch.

Alas it seems that Abercrombie and Finch is not selling dress shirts as I saw none on there site
But I do like the "Bluffs Beach" one at Hollister.
The color options (with white pinstripe) are
Pink
Black
Green
Yellow
Red

Pale blue, gray or white. Find the dominant shade in your blue eyes and try to match that. You'd also look good in a coppery shade.
