Type A: mustard only
Type B: mustard and onion
Type C: Chilli (NO BEANS) and slaw
Any other combination is just madness.

Sweet Relish & Mustard. I
was introduced to this several years ago, my friends from Brazil fix their dogs like this: mayo on one side of the bun, ketchup on the other, mashed potatoes & the hot dog on top. Sounds gross but it's actually pretty delicious.

eeew.
But I normally just put mustard, ketchup and onions, unless I have a chili dog with cheese and onions.

I have mixed feelings - a boiled sausage would be very different from a hot dog...just because of the texture. I would eat a pickled sausage though, not necessarily boiled.

Grilled with Ketchup and cheese. I also like a chili-cheese dog on occasion.

Well, I'm a vegetarian, honey, but on my vegi dog I like so much mustard you can't see the dog, and then sometimes sweet relish, sometimes sour kraut. If I am really famished I will have one of each :-)
