Why should adults go back to school?

WHY SHOULDN'T THEY? I MEAN IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO BETTER YOUR LIFE..I KNOW FOR A FACT..I DROPPED OUT IN 12TH GRADE..AND I'VE YET TO GET MY GED..I'M JUST WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME...I WANT TO GO BACK FOR MASSAGE THERAPY AND ACTUALLY MAKE SOMETHING OF MY LIFE...WHERE I DON'T HAVE TO LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK..AND CAN ACTUALLY SUPPORT MYSELF..AND ENJOY WHAT I DO....

School is much more enjoyable as an adult. Another good reason is that it is good for the brain to lay down some new synaptic patterns. Also, it could improve your income down the road. Nobody likes being poor, working hard as someone else for half the pay, and never having enough to pay the bills. Education is the way to a better life.

The question isn't why" -- it's "why not?" Because it is better to learn than not to. Because sometimes you hit the ceiling in your career and need a degree to move on. Because sometimes it's even fun.

adults should treat their brains like a muscle and exercise it regularly. it helps protect against dementia and forgetfulness.
