God people are ignorant aren't they? HRH is correct for the Duchess of Cornwall (who incidentally is blonde) and completely incorrect for Her Majesty The Queen.
I don't think the Royal Family have individual 'fan sites' as such, but there is an official site for the Royal Family. It is www.royal.gov.uk
