Our condo assoc. wants to us to have a lease between the owner of condo and the tenant. But we have hired a prop. management company to run our property for us, as we are out of the country. Shouldn't the lease agreement be between the prop. management co. and the tenant, or with the owners and tenant? Please help!

The property management firm cannot engage in a contract to lease something which it does not own. As the owner of the property, a valid lease requires your signature(s) UNLESS you have specifically signed a contractual agreement with your property management firm giving them specific power of attorney for issues relating to managing and leasing your condo.
