Family Vacation Spots - around Utah ?

Hi -

We live in North Salt Lake, Utah. We really need to get away for a vacation. We did the whole "California, Disneyland" thing in February.

Does any one have some good suggestions of other fun family trips to take in our area? We will most likely be driving.

There is some National Parks down in southern Utah that you could visit.
