couldnt have been just male pms cuz i had the same thing.....it's in the air. my yesterday was one of the 2 worst days since Christmas day.thank GOD every day isnt like those 2.

I have heard of that---try Chocolate it always helps....I am glad you are in a better frame of mind today.:)
