Where can I find my office's floorplan?

My boss wants me to locate the floorplan of our office building (a very small modular, slightly larger than a doublewide). He needs it to post next to the doors for fire evacuation/safety procedures. Where can I find it?

The building owner or super should have the plans. If necessary, you may draw plans, it's really not that difficult.
