Ruby--as a restaurant or any business owner-- has the right to eject any patron that is found to be soliciting, on his business property grounds, in any degree, way, shape or form.

O.J.--pretty much broke--constantly is hustling the $$$$ anywhere he goes. I'm sure Ruby has many witnesses, present in the restaurant on THAT night--that can attest to this.

Simpson's poser lawyer is a mega-loser for even uttering the race card. If I were Ruby, I'd welcome any legal fight--after all, it's O.J.'s $$$$ wasted trying.

Personally, I support Ruby for ejecting Simpson!! O.J. deserves social exile!

He has the right to refuse service as long as it is not based on Race, Creed, etc.

I do not believe he was motivated by Race, and was justified.

as an owner, he has the right to refuse service to anyone, I personally think he didn't want OJ holding a knife.

To be honest with you as long as OJ was not causing a scene in the restaurant I think the manager was wrong to ask him to leave. Now if we was causing problems in the restaurant then he should have been asked to leave but to be asked to leave just because of who he was , was wrong and the manager telling OJ girlfriend to be careful because she might get her throat slit was totally wrong.
