Is the label on the mattress ment to be up or down?

We bought the mattress on line so no sales man! and the mattress does not really seem like one side has a memory side Its odd I know! One side is white fabric and the other side is patterned the same as the sides but the tag is on the white side!?

As above I had the same confusion before as I though it was tag down! But I rang the manufacture and they said its always tag side up with mattress that's why they are situated at the bottom! with the memory foam you don't turn.

Obviously, you need to put the memory foam side up. That's the side you sleep on. You don't ever turn it over like conventional matresses.

the white side faces up ,that is the memory foam,just sit on it you,ll know the difference,

The side with the memory foam goes up. It's supposed to conform to your body, which would be hard to do if it's on the bottom, conforming to the box spring.

You already have answers about which side is up. The manufacture tag should be down.

You are supposed to sleep on the side where the memory foam is.

Your back will never be the same again, i could have given you one of those i have just got rid of one that was 6months old i could not get on with it,after few weeks of sleeping on it its like sleeping on a big saggy matte res,wait until you try to turn overt on it after a few weeks.

If you can't remember what the salesman said then your memory is not very good anyway and a mattress will not help you at all.

FOAM (White) side up.
Patterned (Sprung) side down.
