There are no elephants OR elephant dung at any WalMart that I've heard of. Even if there were, you couldn't sue an animal. That's ludicrous.
I think that you probably didn't get your head cracked wide open but that you should still get your head checked. Your question is nuts. (no pun intended--elephants...peanuts...nuts...) Hahaha ;)

That is a total bunch of CRAP DUDE!! WaL mart stopped selling elephants back in 1995 (because of the dung slipping Hazard,i believe)
