The ONLY saw available to me for a certain project, has a loose blade and I can't seem to figure out how to tighten it.

the bolt that holds a sawblade tightens COUNTER CLOCKWISE as opposed to other kinds of bolts that tighten " clockwise" but it sounds like the washer that keeps the blade centered is missing.

I f you are seeking help on how to tighten a blade, you may want to reconsider using any power tools at all. Just a thought.
