YES! Its called breast reduction they can remove the sagging skin and lift the breasts back into position. Its not as much $ as a breast augmentation and it looks really attractive. Go-Girl get perky again!

u don've to worry. theirs this procedure called mastopexy whereby the sagging breast is trimmed into its perfect shape by eliminating the excess fat in the breast tissue.a general surgeon or to be precise a plastic surgeon may be of gr8 help.

Of course, it is called a breast reduction with lift (or reduction mammoplasty with mastopexy), and it happens a lot with large chested women. You can even get it covered by insurance (mine was covered 100%).
I had one done in Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit.
