i got this gold susie b coin out of a coin vending machine and i took notice because i had never seen one gold before. if anyone know the value please let me know

1979 was the first year, so a lot of people wanted to make a fast buck on it. They were gold plated, as well as hand colored. This type thing is still going on with the state quarters, except now they added ones with a thin plating of platinum. They are considered damaged by coin collectors and have very little value, on the secondary market. They do however make a great conversation piece.

It's a post-mint product. Anthony dollars should look like clad quarters, so someone must have gold-plated or gilded it. Value is face of $1.

1 dollar just like it says on the coin. it is not a special coin and it is not worth anything but the 1 dollar it shows on the coin.
