They might be dry-could be the weather. I would go to the drug store and get drops specifically for contact wearers, that should help. If that doesn't work, I would talk to your eye doctor about trying different contacts. Good luck!

If you have astigmatism your eyeball shape is not perfectly spherical, so the contact may move around a little when you blink your eyes or move them around. I have this problem, too, so I wear my glasses 99% of the time. Cute glasses are a very good fashion accessory, you know. I think there are contacts for astigmatism now, though.

Even if you keep them clean, there is a possibility that there may be a rip or a little tear in it which can bother your eyes. Also if they get a little dry then that will cause your eyes to be irritated.

My son got 3 different brands of contacts before he found a comfortable set.

I wear contact lenses and my eyes hurt sometimes, theres nothing wrong with your eyes. Just take them out and put them in the solution leave them for a couple of minutes then out them back in. It always works for me .

Many of us girls suffer from dryness due to hormonal changes and I know it's sounds silly thinking, "what do my eyes have to do w/this". Believe it or not, YES!!! Check out (allaboutvision.com). If you still don't feel comfortable after using artificial tear drops go for another eye check up. Your eyes might be a sign for other problems.
