It's OK, it gives everyone else an excuse to bash George Bush and the Administration for the next 50 years. I think Clinton would approve.

It has nothing to do with "cheating." It has everything to do with ;ying, hypocritical Republican politicians trying to change the subject and deflect any attempt to focus on what they have (or haven't done) in the last seven years.
You know, like lying so Bush could invade the wrong country, replacing ethical US Attorneys with political hit men, gutting the Bill of Rights, giving away billions in no-bid contracts to Halliburton, stretching the military to the breaking point, leaving the country unable to respond to disasters like Katrina or the tornado in Kansas.
As long as these criminals keep talking about Clinton, they figure no one will be smart enough to ask about their many, many crimes.
That's why they keep bringing up Clinton.

Hey, with that beret on you kind of.....never mind ;-)
Well, I thought at the time, and I still think it was a waste of time and money. The impeachment was because he lied under oath, although what married man would admit in a public forum that he was fooling around?
The republicans were frustrated (Bill wasn't) 'cause ol' Bill was getting his way (and my 401K was going up and up) so they had to find something to hang him with.
That's kind of like the situation now, where the republicans aren't having their way. Their president is an ineffectual lame duck with no support in congress.
So they trot out Bill's past indiscretions. All I have to say is, if that's the best they have, bring it on!
Like he's the only president (or first lady for that matter) to commit a sexual peccadillo while in office...NOT.
Now about that beret ;-)

Actions taken by this country's chief executive are always the business of the people that he serves.
40 years ago Nixon had his problem
50 years ago The bay of pigs.
The truth is that Our president lives under a microscope. I hope he always will because that is about our only defense against a truly evil person taking command.

Regardless if cheating is our business or not, perjury certainly is.
As for talking about it, well there's another Clinton up for election. A lot of American's don't want another repeat.
I for one would like to have a president I could be proud of but that hasn't happened for a few terms now and it's getting disheartening.

As a representative of the entire United States of America he is held to a much higher standard then everyone else. Bush makes dumb decisions but he's not a cheating dog of a husband that lied under oath in court(as president) and that matters to some of us more.

It's just a favorite subject for those who hate the Clintons and hate the fact that Hillary is very high in the polls. It's also always a slam used as misdirection when they don't want to talk about Bush's inadequacies or blunders. When Clinton lied under oath then his perjury became our business. Of course many thought it was their business to delve into the Clinton marriage far before that. Like Newt Gingrich, who led the charge while he was having his own fun with another woman that wasn't his wife. There's just nothing like good old American hypocrisy in D.C. is there?
