All new web browsers (Firefox, Opera, IE 7) have their own pop up blockers. You can activate them from the Tools menu. However, if you are on IE 6, then download the Google / AOL toolbar, they come with pop-up blockers.

Installing a separate pop up blocker is terrible cause it would be creating problems as well.

The best thing is to get the Yahoo or Google Toolbar. It has an average pop up blocker. That would do all your needs.

If you are using Internet Explorer, then IE has a pop up blocker inbuilt into Internet Explorer.

Google.

Download the Google toolbar and use that pop-up blocker.

If you use IE that has one built in as well. I have to use IE at work and I actually leave both on.
