The lists of countries provided above with a monarchy are all fine, however you should be aware that England (more accurately The United Kingdom) is not RULED by the Queen.
The Queen is a figurehead, she does not make laws. Put simply, "She reigns but She doesn't rule".
Britain has a democratically elected parliament, the oldest of its type in the world.
