Chances are it is still under warranty. It is usually 3 year 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. I have never seen a warranty for less than 36,000 miles. However this rarely covers wearable components such as brakes and clutches.
They will generally have a 12,000 mile warranty.

You can call your nearest Nissan dealership and ask the service department. They'll have no problem letting you know. I think the time might be out or have a 1000 miles left on it.

There are sveral ways to tell if your car is still under warranty,
1. you can check out your vehicles paperwork and it will tell there how many miles/months you still have on warranty.
2. you can ask your local dealer what the vehicle came with as far as months/miles under warranty.
or 3. you can check out the manufacturers website to find out the same information.

Good luck and hope this helps

The industral standard for vehicles is 3 years/36K miles.

I'd get your car to the dealership ASAP! It is highly likely that it is still under warranty. (Barely)
