I do like Karina, it is a cool twist on Karen, which is my mom's name. Hmm, maybe I'll "borrow" your name someday, if that's cool. : )
As far as Adrian, as a name I think it's cool, but all I can ever think of is Rocky going "Yo, Adrian!" So it's kind of spoiled for me. You're lucky you were born a girl.

I LOVE Adrian, but I dont really like Karina. (Girl named Karina is a total ***** and bullied me, but not the reason I dislike the name.) I just dont think it flows. A name that would go well with Adrian is Ella or Melissa

Karina is a very pretty name. I'm not a fan of Adrian for a boy, or Adrienne for a girl. It's just not a name I've ever liked.

Adrian is cute for a boy or girl. It isnt my FAVORITE name, but it has always been one that i like... Kind of the same thing with Karina... I dont dislike it at all, but it isnt really one of my favorites either... Both names are cute, and would be cute cute for twins

They're both beautiful names; especially Karina. It's different, but not so different that people will look at you funny when you tell the name to them.
