No, but depending on the sizes of the python and the corn, it might very well give the python a tasty corn snake snack.

They're different speices and cannot be bred.

No, Corn Snakes are Colubrids, and Pythons are Boids, and they are completely unrelated, different classification altother, other than both being snakes. Their breeding habits and breeding seasons are totally different, too. Depending on the species of Python, the Corn COULD very well wind up becoming a meal, since some Python species are indeed ophiophagus, meaning that they eat other snakes. The Papuan Python(sometimes erronously called an "Olive" Python, often confused with the real thing)and both the Woma and Black-Headed Pythons from Australia will eat other snakes, even venomous ones. I sold a 14-foot Papuan to another snake breeder once, and against my advice, he decided to temporarily house it with his 8-foot green albino Labyrinth Burmese Python, thus providing the Papuan with a very large and VERY expensive dinner!

Different species of snakes will indeed interbreed as will some from different genera. The 'Jungle corn" is a hybridization of a corn and a king snake which each belong to a different genus but come from the same scientific family. Corns and pythons are from entirely different families which is what makes their breeding quite unlikely.
