Well..this is a good Q! Really why do I need to go there..if the person is with me..then their past is theirs..unless it is in some way still apart of their present..then yeah I don't want their drama or extra baggage..relationships are hard enough without adding to them!
Now for health reasons I would want my partner to have a test..as I would..I would not go in a relationship worrying about STD's..use protection..get tested..then we get tested 6 mos. later..I want to be safe..not sorry! Sex is good..but none worth dying for!
Ciao!

I don't think I would want to share how many I have been with and it is a don't even go there subject. I think as long as there is no stds and both of us are healthy, i don't care about the past, i live in the now

Yes it is relevant. I wonder how many people are actually honest with their partner when asked this question. I'm pretty sure my b/f was honest with me, and I was honest with him.

my husband and I have both had the important testing done, and that's all good, so I don't think I need to hear any more.
if your clean then what's the use of dwelling on the past.
