to let a little steam off the media, if they announce an unchanged team, the media will be all over them. plus its only the series agains BANGLADESH who cares, so what if we lost to them in the WC. it was a fluke on their behalf, they caught us on our off day.

Couple of days prior to the team selection for Bangladesh Tour, there was a report that BCCI have decided to send a team consisting of youngsters to Bangladesh. Hence selectors had to include some youngsters in the team at the cost of some seniors. Since there were lot of criticism about senior members in the team, selectorsplayed it safe by not including Sachin and Ganguly in the ODI team for Bangladesh Team. One can expect them back in the Indian Team for future tours.
